End-user licence agreement

This software is a private internal tool written by and for Analog Matter LTD (company no. 08315123). It is not sold, licensed, distributed or made available to any third party.

1. Scope

The sole permitted user is Analog Matter LTD and its director, operating on the company's own QuickBooks Online company file. There are no other users and no public availability.

2. Warranty

The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. As it is used only by its own author on the company's own records, no warranty is offered to or required by anyone else.

3. Liability

Analog Matter LTD accepts no liability to third parties, as no third party is licensed to use this software.

4. Termination

Use ends whenever the company disconnects the integration from QuickBooks Online, as described on the disconnect page.

5. Governing law

England and Wales.
